"The hotel is great, convenient. Just a reminder about the hidden fees. So, when you get in, you're required to pay the resort fee, in addition to what you paid on Expedia, which we were made aware on Expedia. But, they hold about 200 dollars on your credit or debit card for incidentals and its not returned for 5-7 business days. The only thing that's inclusive is the water park and pools. All other options you'd have to pay for. You'd also have to pay for parking, either valet or in the parking...

"Owners must renovate the property. It is old and dated. Its the staff that saves them. Absolutely no watersports activities and sand not raked daily by watersports staff. Rooms need updating and have no fridge. I didn't see an ice machine on my floor nor was there any ice bucket...No complimentary bottle especially when it is known that the people on the island don't drink the water from the pipes, they drink bottled water. But again, its the staff that saves them."

"The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas is a beautiful place. There are so many things to do within the resort that you don't need to leave resort to have fun. The dining options are great. My dad and I spent a lot of time lounging around the pool area and eating at the Shake Shack, which by the way the food and service was really good. I will return again to the Atlantis in the future. It was such a fun place to be at. "

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the two bedroom coral suite at the reef. Everything was fantastic except for when departing for our excursion and being stripped of our towels. Maybe come up with a system to track towels leaving the property or at least give some forewarning. I was tempted to leave a negative review but the entirety of the stay made up for this one inconvenience."

"The property was directly located by the beach and was a fabulous choice for our stay. The restaurant within the hotel were expensive and the service was very slow. They all had waiting lists to get into so the restaurants were not convenient regardless of the price. We sat in a cocktail lounge for 30 minutes and no one approached our table. I finally had to ask for help to send someone to our table. But the food was very good along with the drinks, just the service was very slow. "
