Avevo chiesto una matrimoniale sul sito di Expedia mi hanno proposto una camera con un letto a una piazza e mezzo sollevato la questione non mi hanno cambiato camera né rimborsato la camera. In camera c’era un caldo pazzesco e l’aria condizionata non andava perché non potevano accenderla ho chiesto due bottiglie di acque fresche da lasciarmi in camera mentre andavo a fare due passi fuori di metterla nel frigo bar mi hanno portato due quei caldi e li hanno lasciate sul comodino senza metterli al fresco. Il bagno era per disabili avrei gradito che mi avvisassero che il bagno era per disabili è molto comodo per le persone con diverse abilità, ma è scomodo per le norme dotate.
