Kokonaisuus erittÀin hyvÀ. Siisteys hyvÀllÀ tasolla, toki aina parannettavaa. Yövyimme huoneistossa, joka oli tilava ja mukava. Iso parveke plussaa. Aamupalan osalta olisin toivonut hiukan laajempaa tarjontaa.

Respan työntekijĂ€t olivat kovin tylyjĂ€. LisĂ€ksi hotelli oli todella sekava ja joka puolella haisi pahalle. Ilmastointia ei ollut ja ÀÀnieristeet olivat olemattomat joten nukkumisestakaa ei tullu mitÀÀ positiivisena yllĂ€tyksenĂ€ kuitenkin oli se ettĂ€ kylpylĂ€ oli viihtyisĂ€ ja kiva. Mutta jos pelkĂ€stÀÀn tulee yöpymÀÀn niin en suosittelisi majoitusta.

Tasoa ok hotelli, jossa hyvÀ kylpylÀ

Majoituimme erillisessÀ rakennuksessa, jossa on suurempia huoneistoja. Kolmen yön majoittumisen aikana huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan eikÀ pyyhkeitÀ vaihdettu. Varsinaista tarvetta siivoukselle ei tosin ollutkaan. Huoneesta löytyi oma imuri, jolla eteisin kulkeutuneet roskat oli helppo imuroida itsekin. Kaikinpuolin ihan ok hotelli, mutta ei mitÀÀn luksusta. Hintaansa nÀhden olisi odottanut korkeampaa tasoa. KylpylÀ oli ihan mukava ja siisti.

Meille oli tosi pettymys tÀmÀ yöpyminen.Olimme kolme yötÀ tyttÀremme ja lapsen lapsen kanssa.Yöpymispaikka oli jo hienoinen yllÀtys,koska se sijaitsikin muualla kuin kylpylÀn huoneistossa.Ilmastointia ei saatu kunnolla toimimaan ja makuuhuoneessaan oli yöllÀ 27c lÀmpöÀ.Kolmeen yöhön ei pystynyt nukkumaan.wc paperia ei ollut ja jÀlkikÀteen lÀhtiessÀ infossa kerrottiin ettÀ siivoojankin olisi pitÀnyt kÀydÀ,meillÀ ei kÀynyt.Siivottiin itse.Mieheni kanssa oltiin tÀssÀ kylpylÀ hotellissa vuosia sitten ja oli meistÀ mahtava paikka.Perun kaikki ylistÀmisen ystÀville ja kavereille.Niin myös tyttÀreni tulee tekemÀÀn.Kaikin puolin ikÀvÀ palaute teille valitettavasti.

Siivous oli erittÀin huono, villakoiria löytyi sÀngyn alta ja parvekkeelta kalja korkkeja ja muuta roskaa. Aamupalalla ei ollut saatavilla laktoositonta yoghurttia ja croissantit loppui ensimmÀisenÀ pÀivÀnÀ eikÀ niitÀ sen jÀlkeen saanut. Vihannekset vanhoja ja vetisiÀ. Kehno tarjoilu ylipÀÀtÀÀn. KylpylÀn puolella ei mitÀÀn valvontaa. Oli vÀhÀllÀ ettÀ lapsi tippui mun pÀÀlle kun uin yhden sillan alta. SiinÀ missÀ oli merkitty ettÀ ei saa hypÀtÀ hypÀttiin kuitenkin, kukaan ei vÀlittÀnyt. KylpylÀssÀ oli kivoja saunoja ja erilaisia altaita. Respan puolella ja ravintolassa oli erittÀin hyvÀ palvelu. Ilmainen autoparkki hotellin sisÀpihalla oli turvallinen ja hotellin sijainti tosi hyvÀ.

Ihan hyvÀ

Ihan ok perushotelli. KylpylÀ oli kiva lisÀ. Aamupala riittÀvÀ, mutta hieman rajallinen, kun vertaa muiden hotellien laajoihin valikoimiin. Tuli enemmÀn mieleen laitosaamiainen. Hotellissa osassa kÀytÀviÀ tunkkainen haju ja kokolattiamattojen uusimista olisi syytÀ harkita osassa hotellin kÀytÀviÀ. Huoneessa onneksi ei ollut kokolattiamattoa ja muutenkin huone oli ihan siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja asiakaspalvelu ystÀvÀllistÀ.
