"2010, 2012 puis 2025 et bien la qualité de service n'a pas changé. Le client est au coeur des préoccupations de l'équipe avec une certaine souplesse. Et entre 2012 et 2025, un joli spa a complété l'offre. Le petit déjeuné est toujours exceptionnel avec des produits locaux. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place par oubli de réservation, mais quelle délicatesse de nous prévenir par mail quelques jours avant et de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurants sur Gerardmer. Envie de revenir "

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
