The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent for accessing the airport as well as nearby transport links into Geneva city. "The setting was quiet, felt safe and was within easy walk of very pretty town centre. Kitchenettes were well equipped for preparing a meal and it was nice on a hot evening to be able to eat on the balcony. The property also felt cool in hot weather."

"Unfortunately, one cannot feel safe here, not even to take the trash to the dumpsters. Noise is a constant nuisance and I have to resort to listening to white noise 24/7 or I will be subjected to the unwanted noises around. I recorded such unwanted noises on multiple occasions, so I have proof. The property's advertised free wi-fi is completely unreliable and it's signal is very, very weak. I have stayed in different units and I always find hair that does not correspond to my hair color or...
