"Our room and bathroom were spotless when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature not too hot and not too cold. The sauna was 10/10 and definitely one of our favorite amenities. The property itself is beautiful. I loved the garden views throughout the hotel, but we booked a Harbor View room, and the view at night was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We went downstairs to ask about heating up our food, and they actually offered to bring a microwave up to our room. That level of customer service really stood out. We skipped valet and parked in the parking garage right next to the hotel instead which the hotel discounted since we stayed there. We felt completely safe leaving our car there and had no issues at all. We didn’t try the breakfast there’s so many options near and around the harbor. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back. 10/10!"

"The Inn is actually 3 different properties. The check in process and waiting for shuttle to offsite properties is not convenient especially in the rain. The staff is not very friendly. They don't offer early check in or late check out. That being said, the properties are super convenient and well maintained for being older."

"This hotel is the best I’ve ever been to. The most extraordinary thing about this hotel is the staff. I would especially like to commend Antoine, Shuttle Driver and Amari at the front desk for going above and beyond their duties to help me during my stay! They are remrkably kind and considerate and I feel grateful to them for their courtesy and kindness! Of most remarkable note is that Amari went out of her way to help me with my reservation and when I offered to tip Antoine for his driver service, he refused to take it, stating that helping me was his pleasure! I was treated like family by everyone from the front desk, the restaurant and pool staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon! I have written a detailed letter to management and hope that a copy of would be placed in their personnel file! These staff members are a true credit to the Hilton group of hotels!"
