"I don't understand the negative reviews,we were checked in by a lady who was absolutely wonderful to work with, even my 8 yr old daughter commented on how nice she was. The room was decent, nothing spectacular but for the price it was on par with the rest. Breakfast was OK, it's free and had options. The pool was my daughter's favorite part, her and a few other kids had a great time. I'll stay again if I'm ever in Louisville again."
