"Close to downtown."

"Horrible! I really did try to see the best in the special offer rate, but I ended up leaving after 20 minutes of checking in to a nearby hotel. The place is centrally located; however, it’s Run down, elevator doesn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. I was ok with the ant on the table however, I knew it was time to leave when i killed the cucarachas and heard the mosquito buzz."

"This place was incredible considering I paid less than 1,400 pesos. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. There were two restaurants and the breakfast was too good to describe. The variety went on and on. But the view from the rooftop alone was worth the price of admission! The only ‘fly in the ointment’ was that after ordering downstairs and then moving to the restaurant upstairs, it took an eternity to get my order. Luckily, I was occupied taking photos of the sunset from 11 stories up. (I don’t actually remember how many stories there were, but it was taller by far than any other buildings visible.) The room itself was very cómodias and had a dining table near the window, a spacious bathroom and plenty of drawers and outlets."

"Staff was ok, I had to ask for a few things a few times, the front desk Was actually handing me towels as I was heading out to dinner. The didn’t even want to take the time to drop them off at the room. Break left a lot to be desired. "

"Kind staff, roomy and practical suite, easy access by car from Querétaro, well-maintained gym. One star off for use of plastic bottles for drinking water. Mexico has a serious solid waste problem; hotels should provide drinking water on tap. Check-in: they had no rooms ready by 3:00 PM for some reason, which is their promised check-in time. Restaurant: For the second time, I ordered my meat medium rare and it arrived well done. I sent it back and they were nice about it and did it right the second time. Also, during the buffet brunch, they left dirty dishes accumulating on our table. "
