"Beware of the picture of the room you chose We booked a presidential suite. The pictures were very miss Lady. It looks like there should be a hot tub in the room, but that was in a correct. The Lady at the desk. It was not very helpful. Said I’m sorry, but that’s the room you booked. There’s nothing I can do about it. Pretty disappointed after we upgraded to this room. There’s no elevators on property nor some one to help you with bags so pack light. "

"The stay at the hotel itself was great. The rooms were very clean, spacious and overall were wonderful. I say that because the hotel is also very very brand new. You can smell how new it is as you walk in. Yesenia, the employee who works onsite was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, she was attentive and also a great asset to our stay. My rating is mostly based on the fact that there is nothing else offered by the establishment. The value of what I paid vs wha I get was not enough. Everything is under construction. There is no pool and as you drive in you will see the entire place is in a dirt field still. Now, once you go into the building you’ll forget what else is outside. I really enjoyed that we mostly had the whole place to ourselves since we had a toddler with us. I would return when it’s completed to hopefully have a different experience. "

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

Everyone on property was very attentive to our needs, it felt very warmth and personalized. Specially Christian and alert. I would very much recommend this resort and will come back"
