"Hotel is very tired and a bit run down. Breakfast was poor. Staff were ok but appeared disorganised and not that interested. The beach club Dora that the hotel has a deal with don’t like the English and we’re actively unfriendly and unhelpful. I would recommend the beach club Imperiale who were great. The town is nice overall. "

"Nice property with on site restaurant/bar, overall the property was clean, staff were friendly, amenities were within walking distance, ideal for staying a few days, value for money, was a solo female traveller and felt very safe, would definitely stay again😊"
"Closest hotel to the cathedral and tower, 30 second walk from door to entering the grounds. On arrival we were given a useful map and a good idea of where to go and to eat. On the main bus route from the train station."
"We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up.
There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning so slept with the window open the first night - we were eaten alive by sand flies/mosquitos so it remained shut for the rest of our stay.
The first 2 nights were incredibly noisy due to other guests shouting and screaming. However the following 2 nights were quiet and calm. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage there so we could mooch around Pisa.
Amazing view from the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Pisa. "
