"The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change."

"The hotel is great and the location is even better. The beach is just a few steps from the rooms and the water was amazing. The beach chairs are free but the umbrellas (which you will need under Florida sun) you have to pay for. The service and staff are great. Joe in the valet was world class. Made us feel like family. The pizza at the restaurant is also one of the best I've ever had! Overall great experience. The up charge for umbrellas is kinda weird and the room smelled a bit funny (humid) but no big deal."

"The room was great. Wished we had a toaster though. Everything else was sufficient. We loved our view of the beach. Drawers needed fixing on the dresser for our clothes, couldn't close a couple of them. When we asked the staff about a certain activity, no one knew much and told us to download the app. Asked 3 different staff members. After downloading the app and looking at the map, we got a better idea of where things were. I really liked the fact you had a golf cart to take us to the other hotel where there were other activities and restaurants. Disappointed in some of the restaurants with the food selection. Enjoyed Playa taco though. Their food was great and service was good also. Why have ice machines if we can't get ice from the machines, there were none in working order. Next time we know to get ice and bring it to our room for the freezer. I do recommend the balcony beach view for your stay. Overall we enjoyed it there. Also, Liked that the resort supplied the towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. That is a huge help. We would love to return there again in the future."
