"The front desk girl was amazing and so friendly and so helpful. The room we had was clean and comfy. We had a two bedroom suite and it was huge. Nothing to say about the hotel and staff except good things. The restaurant was mid. The hostess was unfriendly and kept a dirty table next to me for an hour even tho it was not busy. The bartender and manager were nice and helpful. Can’t win them all! But I would stay there again if going to Summit County for anything. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area and this one is the best so far."
