"This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. "We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast too. The reception was welcoming and friendly. The pool area was beautiful but the water cool at the end of January. The rooms were large and well laid out. The location is very close to the outstanding Jain temple and also just a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Ranakpur dam. Personally I did not enjoy my dinner so much, but I think that was down to my choice. "

"An exceptional property located on top of a mountain with amazing views all around. The property itself is stunning with beautiful decor, serene ambience, clean rooms, nice pool, private balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, food is fresh and many options in menu. What I like the most about the property- it is staff. Especially from restaurant. They take care a lot, even have baked cookies when we asked to have something with masala tea. The staff have organised for our group camp fire near swimming pool, it was so nice to enjoy the evening under the stars. They also serve dinner for us outside open area, not in the restaurant. They served us with a warm smile making us feel right at home. We definitely would like to come again! Highly recommended Fateh Safari resort! "
