We ended up staying here during a snow storm and the hotel staff was extremely prepared. They had the side walks and driveway completely cleared by early morning. The bartender was wonderful and the room itself was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel noise is higher than average, nearby room noise was noticeable, and the rooms could benefit from quieter heating/AC units. There is aprox $25 per day parking charge (in covered garage) which wasn't expected for a small city hotel. Hotel was clean and room was spacious.

Clean and comfortable and updated rooms with nice details for comfort and convenience, like night lights under beds/in bathroom, the whole property was very clean and in great condition. Easy check in with friendly staff. Super convenient and central location, appreciated the access to crunch fitness next door. Breakfast options overpriced and not great, but besides that it was a great stay.

Pros were that the hotel was nice looking inside and out, convenient to train from NY, staff were friendly, loved the breakfast especially the French toast and room was quiet & clean, but cons were the bath gel was empty which we didn’t realize until we were in the shower, no bath robes or slippers, and no water glasses just paper cups that you could taste with tea. Other than that it was a good stay and we’ll be back next Thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!
