The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

One bedroom suite was wonderful as was the City view. Food offerings were numerous and very tasty. Spa and gym were nice as were the pools. Overall, the hotel, resort, and casino was fabulous! Looking forward to another visit soon!
