"Was told my room has a nice view, turn out it was looking towards the back not the sea. It's advertised as parking available but turned out to be a ncp parking with reduced fees."

"Space so limited and the bathroom is a joke"

"I stayed here due to a late airport arrival, expecting a quiet place to rest but unfortunately, that was not the case. My initial room had a continuous high-frequency humming noise that made it impossible to sleep after a long journey. I was moved to a second room, which had the same issue. Only the third room was noticeably quieter and allowed me to rest. When I raised the issue, I was told the hotel is soundproofed. However, the noise was not external, it appeared to come from internal systems (likely ventilation) and was loud and constant. While I appreciate that the staff eventually found a quieter room and offered a complimentary breakfast (which was excellent) my concern was initially dismissed. I was also informed that I was not the first guest to report this issue. This points to a known internal noise problem that is not being properly addressed. If you are sensitive to noise or need reliable rest (especially after a flight) I would strongly recommend confirming room conditions in advance or considering other options. "

"The bathroom was dirty and had a foul smell because it was not cleaned after somebody else checked out. There was a sanitary pad rotting in the bin. We had to call reception at night to remove the bin. Very unfriendly staff too. They work in hospitality and should have a welcoming charater. Breakfast was ok "

"View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront. Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me. Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out. "
