"ok . parking TOTAL NIGHTMARE! very steep angles ,2 flights of stairs to get to check in. no trune down service or fresh towels on a weekend trip whennonly 3-4 guests in hotel. Great view but found unsecured rail on balcony and its about 25 ft drop to stone walkway, serious danger of fall . Hot water is 5 mins to show up,then scalding, then disappears 2 mins alter comes back scalding ,then stone cold. Floors in bathroom VERY slippery. room was good sized , soft matress good lighting, a/c mounted where it blows directly.onto bed ,which can lead to difficulty sleeping. mini bar with snacks little high priced. Wine in bar is $51usd?? they do have decent wine but not 1700 baht worth. Italian restaurant has ecellent food ,moderate sized meals ,expensive wine and parking has lots to desire. no shuttle to restaurant, assive steep hill to go over .DO NOT WALK IT. Breakfast is fresh but they didnt set up the open serve on monday morning , disappointing. Overall nice place but not worth the price of 3200 baht a night. lots of places to choose from.in area. site is also far from anything 25 to 40 km. "
"Booked for 2.nights. stayed 1 and left. Didn't bother with breakfast. We were only guests on a Friday night. Looks like facility has 20 units, all rundown. 14 inch step down into bathroom. Dirty. Tiles with stains. No chair to sit. Ants. Not 10 minutes from National park. More like 40. Which mean 40 minutes from decent restaurants. Do not suggest staying here"
"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot.
Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing.
The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays.
