Rooms are clean enough. Air conditioning is the room is weak. Activities on resort are only for families. Breakfast food is limited, not a lot of options. Room service is also limited, only 5 items available. Food taste and portion is satisfying. Location is not very good, there is literally no shops around to purchase essentials. You have to drive to the Kuala Besut for any purchases.

It s weird this time

Toilet is very smelly and wet floor and dirty. No Floor mat towel when we enter room. Aircon not very cold. Breakfast was bad porridge was cold. Need to upgrade the service.

Nice rural hotel, bit outdated.

Hotel met veel potentie, maar heeft onderhoud nodig. Jammer dat je niet goed bij het zwembad kan zitten. Gericht op moslims. Vriendelijk personeel.

The WiFi is not working, the hair dryer not functioning and the breakfast provided is not as good as expected.I wouldn’t recommend to choose this hotel as the facilities provided is not compatible with the price that I have paid.

Loved this hotel service was great lots of activities. This is really on me, but the only thing is the area doesn't sell any alcohol. So if you're coming from a place like KL you might want to stop and get some before you head there.

Everything need to be improved!

The place is good but a lot need to be improved. Too bad it is getting worst year by by year. Since we are frequent traveller . Food during breakfast is the worst. With the price we paid, nothings worth a penny.

I was told by the receptionist upon check in that they will deliver my sahur. Said if anything he will inform or call me when I asked him again about the sahur. I went out that night and coming back around 11+pm. Tomorrow morning until 5am, no one deliver my sahur. So I called the reception. No one answered. I called the room services. No one answered also. I end up sahur with drinking water only. Upon check up, when I asked the morning receptionist about my sahur, they said that since I'm not around when they delivered the sahur (around 11pm), they put my food at the front table. No one told me that. And if you guys already knew the layout here, they got other stairs to go to the block that we stayed. I'm using the left stairs when I get back from the mosque. Not the front stairs as the left stairs are much closer to my room. My point is.. If your guests are not around when you deliver the food and you guys already have their phone number. The least you can do is to call them or message them to inform them on that. Also do let them know that you guys will deliver the food at what time. The balcony are pretty dirty also. There's no toothbrush. The aircond are not functioning well. I end up sleeping without using any blanket. 2 of the foyers light are broken and it makes the foyers looks like you are in horror movie. I had stayed here few times. This is by far the most disappointing stay I ever had.

Improvement dan frequent monitoring are needed.

This is not my first stay. It's been over 4 times since I was here but this time was really sad. Starting from unfriendly counter services and indifferent attitudes to customers' requests. The management should make improvements in terms of hygiene, especially the bathrooms, towels, floors and bed sheets. The towels should be white in colours but are not white. Sandy floors. Room phone does not work. Disabled service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a beautiful setting but the level of cleanliness and smell is less pleasant. The foods are nice and there are many choices. It is recommended to serve traditional local food. This can introduce a traditional culture to outsiders.

Served its purpose as a one night transit hotel to the Perhentian Islands but we wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. I think it was built for a grander purpose but I suspect never had any demand so they run it on a scaled down basis. Part of the pool was cordoned off, staff very friendly and willing especially in the kitchen. They’re honest too as my daughter left her iPod and they rang to return it which was amazing.
