"The staff were probably the best part of this experience, very nice. Very well pick you up and bring you back to the airport for a fee. The restaurant at the hotel has a good dinner however the breakfast was 50/50 for me. The hotel is within walking distance of the town. This area is safe nothing to be concerned with with regard to walking day or night that I could ascertain. However the hotel will take you when you need to go. The rooms are fine the air conditioning worked fine the bed was comfortable lots of pillow options. Spirit is a beautiful stream running through the property that makes a peaceful sound. There is a golf course at the property it was nice to look at, but the location is in a rainforest like environment. "

"Only reason for not giving 5 stars for all measures is because they are constructing a new wing and a house across the street. Cut down on the peaceful escape i was hoping for. The hotel did send a notification (appreciated) but it was after booking on Expedia who offered no refund. "

"Escoger el Hotel Bambito para nuestra estadía en Volcán fue lo mejor. Un hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, sus jardines espectaculares, su piscina y jacuzzi. Todo su personal de lo más amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, en especial el sr. Melvin quien nos atendió en el bar y nos regaló una velada agradable. La habitación super limpia y equipada con lo necesario. Su piscina climatizada y su jacuzzi abren hasta las 10pm. Cuentan también con un sendero de 45 minutos el recorrido. Sin duda un lindo hotel con mucha trayectoria. Recomendado."

"We went for 3 days to the Junior Suite 1. First day there was a wedding. Noise all night long When we got there, the TV did not work. Wifi slow and sometimes it went down. Antes on the sink, the staff told me that "usually happens". No mosquito screen. You need to sleep with windows opens, which usually slam at night. You can hear your neighbor through the walls. Mattresses are really hard. The keys did not work. Staff told me to "insert the key slightly". That was their solution, did not work. I don't know what happened to Casa Grande Bambito. Maybe it's the staff? But I felt the attention was the minimum. Sadly, won't be returning."
