Hotel de estrutura física boa, porém extremamente mal operado!!! -Banheiro sujo! Vaso sanitário com restos fecais, urina na borda inteira (quarto sem limpar após a saída do hóspede anterior). Após eu reclamar e mostrar as fotos para a recepcionista, levaram cerca de 1 horas para limpar, atitude extremamente desrespeitosa. -Arrumacao de quarto atrasada, somente às 17 horas. -Cheiro de esgoto no corredor. (Muito forte) -Cafe da manhã bem fraco e sem opções. Hotel muito ruim! Acredito que essa ferramenta seja a única forma de expressar nossa insatisfação e desrespeito. O pior de tudo, é a normalidade que eles lidam com os problemas, como se fosse banal, um hóspede novo entrar em um quarto e encontrar fezes, e urina por todo o vaso sanitário. resumo: DECEPCIONANTE!!!!!

Lindo hotel pero le falta para ser un 4 estrellas. El Gym no estaba funcionando, faltaban cosas en el restaurante, la limpieza no era de lo mejor, servicio medio, etc..

Ficamos apenas uma noite no hotel, porque nosso voo chegou de madrugada! A primeira impressão quando chegamos foi de que o hotel parecia mal assombrado. As instalações são antigas, há carpetes por todo o hotel e quartos, que não cheira bem. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Mas as camas, lençóis eram confortáveis e limpos. O banheiro tinha aquelas cortinas de plástico, que estava suja e com bolor! No geral o quarto é mediano, mas limpo. O hotel carece de reparos e maiores atenção com a limpeza. O café da manhã é ok, sem surpresas, não havia ovo. Para apenas uma noite é aceitável , mais que isso não recomendo

O hotel fica bem próximo do aeroporto e do ponto de retirada e entrega de carros alugados pela Localiza. Cama boa, quarto agradável, mas, a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. O local de banho estava bastante sujo e o ralo entupido. O café da manhã era bem básico e o hotel não vende água mineral. De qualquer forma, para quem tem voos noturnos, é uma opção ok para estar próximo ao aeroporto.

Ein schönes Hotel, nahe am Flughafen, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf ein See. Schade, dass es sein Potential nicht ausschöpft. Restaurant und Bar am Abend geschlossen! Frühstück sehr mager und kein Personal vorhanden. Für heisses Wasser für ein Tee musste ich die Reception bemühen. Das Zimmer war schön, das Kingsize Bett bequem, Bad war OK, nur kein Fön. Aber der Ausblick hat fsst alles entschädigt😏

Fácil acceso desde el centro

Muy buena atención del personal yo e estado en varios hoteles de la cadena en diferentes países y a este le faltan muchos detalles como por ejemplo: sólo tiene desayuno y muy escaso la cafetería cierra temprano en los dos días nunca tuve servicio de limpieza no tiene cesto de basura humedad en las paredes si necesitabas un jabón tenías que pedirlo en recepción entre otras cositas son sólo críticas constructivas deberían de solucionarlo igual repito la atención del personal muy amable

Boa opção, mas longe de pontos turísticos.

O hotel conta com um café da manhã de boa qualidade. No entanto, não há um room service e uma água sequer na geladeira. Faça algumas compras (água, biscoitos, frutas etc), caso pretenda passar um período superior a um pernoite por lá. Camas confortáveis e bom aquecimento no quarto. A localização é boa, caso você chegue a (ou saia de) MVD pelo aeroporto. De resto, é razoavelmente distante das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Os preços da corrida de táxi não serão baratos - a melhor alternativa é utilizar o Uber (que funciona muitíssimo bem na cidade), com preços muito mais em conta e motoristas atenciosos.
