"I did not know what to expect when I booked this Hotel. But upon my arrival I felt like I had done the right thing. The check in was so perfect. I was made to feel so welcome. The room was amazing with a stunning view. I loved walking around the area trying to decide what to eat. I had only passed through Castlegar once in the past, and this was my first overnight stay, but after being there I have already started making plans for my return, and the next time I will definately be staying longer. "Disappointed in the pool. I would expect the indoor pool would be heated and it wasn’t. When trying to contact the front desk from our room, twice, no one answered and even trying the managers office, an option on the phone, there was no answer and the mail box was full. "
