"Very clean and air conditioned Staff superb"

"Stayed for one night. Traveled with car. Parking available in the property."

"We enjoyed our stay as a family of 3 moving through the area. The staff was very helpful and provided a wonderful breakfast. Parking was easy. Would recommend to anyone."

"We had great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Novella was fantastic, fun, and so very fun working with us on our Italian. She is a gem, and her sweet pup Stella was just as sweet. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing and the hostess was the best. Helpful in food choices and wine recommendations that were outstanding. My husbands Nonna was born in this town and we felt as we were sitting at her table once again!"

"Fantastic property clean and fantastic food "

"Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast."

"great room, wonderful breakfast, lovely staff"

"his is the best accommodation I have had on my trip to Europe: a beautiful fully equipped apartment, very comfortable and convenient for a family. The welcome is very kind and friendly."

"Made us very welcome. Family feel to the hotel. Signage required outside but this added to its charm."

"L alloggio è molto comodo per visitare Grado, che dista solo un'ora di distanza. Trieste 1,5 ore. Se ci fossero delle pentole sarebbe ancora meglio, così si potrebbe decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante e viene servita con un cestino lasciato dai proprietari fuori dalla porta, è un'ottima idea. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo molto buona. "

"Great place, great team. Thank you!"

"Excellent service by the hotel manager, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast tasty, good coffee and fresh pastries."

"Heaven in the woods "

"My suggestion is to sort the reviews by lowest first, then you may see a picture of the type of service provided. The owner will respond with excuses so I will not bother writing what actually happened. Suffice to say I would not recommend this place. Lots nicer bed and breakfasts around (check out Flambruzzo which has some great cheap options with better amenities.(also don't expect to receive the amenities listed on booking or Expedia..) Lovely part of the country spoiled by (cue owner...
