Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!

Praktisch mit dem Self-Checkin. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Sehr zentral.

Erreichbarkeit top, Zimmer ok für den Preis, Direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum und Gegenüber der Innenstadt, soweit ruhig. Das Bett hatte zwei Laken und auf dem unteren war ein großer Fleck mit Menstruationsblut meiner Vorgängerin. Super ekelig, wie kann sowas passieren?! Ich habe es erst später bemerkt, als es durch das obere Laken schien. Ansonsten ist die Sauberkeit ok. Man darf halt keinen Luxus erwarten (aber annähernd saubere Betten schon).

Lage zentral, Einkaufs- und Speisemöglichkeiten fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Self-Check-in problemlos und einfach zu handhaben. Parkplätze weiter weg an der Donau. Leider keine Hotel eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden - empfehlenswert.

Leider waren sowohl der Fernseher (kein Empfang), als auch der vorhandene Fön und die Lüftung im Bad (beides kein Strom) nicht nutzbar. Da wir nur 2 Tage da waren, war es verschmerzbar. Sehr gut ist die super-zentrale Lage in Passau!

Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt und ist damit als Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadterkundung optimal, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat (kein Personal vor Ort und kein Frühstück im Hotel).

In die Jahre gekommene kleine Pension. Der self check in hat bei uns super geklappt. Für ein/ zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat.

Fint hotel til prisen
Pris og kvalitet hænger rigtigt sammen. Det var et hotel på købt niveau, men absolut matchende prisen. Der var rent og centralt beliggende i byen og i forhold til banegården. Som en hurtig overnatning med sen ankomst og på gennemrejse absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

Nice and clean and very central. Only thing missed was beakfast but it is an unmanned hotell so I knew that.

Beim Stecker der Kaffeemaschine hat ein Pin gefehlt. Dieser steckte in der Steckdose und wurde durch eine Kindersicherung verdeckt. Somit hatte man erstens keinen Kaffee und zweitens nur eine Steckdose.

Small but clean room. Self-Checkin works nicely. Getting an invoice for my refund by my employer was a bit of a hassle: phone number on Expedia website never worked, googled number, talked to very friendly person, sent an email with company details, was referred back to Expedia which referred me back to the hotel and finally received my invoice document…
