"The accommodation was a bit difficult to find and access; advance warning when booking would be useful. We also found the breakfast a bit meagre. However, otherwise this was a truly exceptional place to stay: a clean, spacious and gorgeous room in a beautifully renovated historic palazzo, with many exquisite extra touches. "Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush...

"Overall I was happy with this booking and would recommend. The location is about as close to Treviso's historic center as you can get. While this is perfect for walking and touring, it also means if you have a vehicle there are very limited parking options. I used an expensive short term option 2 minutes away for loading/unloading, and a more practical 24/7 garage option about 10 minutes away for most of my stay. Advance communication, instructions for remote/electronic check in were very good, though my access code was changed the day of my arrival and I hadn't noticed that update. There was an employee on site at the time, very helpful, quickly resolved. Room cleanliness and furnishings were great, bed was comfortable, and the AC was much appreciated during hot afternoons. The only quirk I'd point out on furnishings is that I also intended to do some work on the trip, and the room did not include any desk or chairs. I wound up sitting on end of bed and using a table/shelf unit as a desk. These aren't complaints, just pointing out slight quirks, and again I was quite happy with my stay and highly recommend it."

"The property and amenities were excellent once we were able to access the hotel. There was no one available to answer the door of the hotel until 3:30pm, which was posted on the outside door of the building. This hotel occupied only one floor of a 3 story building. Once we checked in, we were given a digital key and could access the building at anytime. A staff person only seemed to be available at check-in and check out times. A voucher was given for breakfast at a local restaurant that was not part of the hotel. Breakfast could have been a bit more generous as it included only a coffee, pastry and glass of juice. On a positive note, the rooms were large and there were enough outlets to plug in devices for two people. The hotel had a lot of character; a mixture of old wooden beams and modern fixtures. It was in a very good location, close to the center of the old walled in city. We would definitely stay there again."

A 10 minute walk into Treviso old town which had plenty of restaurants and bars. It is also a lovely place for an evening stroll. The hotel was excellent value for money."
