"Excelente pousada, quartos amplos com piscina a privada. Limpeza muito boa, oferecem bicicletas, stand up paddle, academia, etc. atendimento diferenciado, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Único ponto seria o café da manhã. Pão ruim, pouca fruta (4 pedaços de mamão por vez) e a comida no restaurante na janta um pouco sem sabor. Fora isso tudo 100%!"

"What was meant to be a relaxing honeymoon turned into a stressful and unsafe experience. After sitting in an empty hammock in a common area, we were harassed by other guests who falsely claimed it was reserved, despite management confirming that common areas cannot be reserved. The situation escalated into continuous verbal abuse throughout the day and the entire weekend, including being called “stupid” for speaking English and facing xenophobic remarks toward me for being a foreigner. Management not only failed to intervene, but never apologized, sided with other guests, and allowed the situation to spiral out of control. We did not feel safe and were forced to leave early following Expedia’s guidance due to unsafe conditions. Despite this, the property is refusing a refund and charged us for days we were no longer there. We do not recommend this property. Everything you see in the pictures will probably be reserved by old guests with common towels so don’t expect anything other than a room. "

We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp…. Wherever you look you discover something special - be prepared to gain weight as you get tempted with the most delicious cafe da manha, and cha da tarde - great food -great ambiance Loved it"

"The hotel is great to relax, enjoy the beach and the facilities. It seems to have been recently renovated with a lot of care for the public spaces. Plenty of living spaces full of plants. It's literally steps from a very calm beach too. All the staff is friendly. The only average thing was the "standard" room that faces the street and has a bit of a weird layout. Next time I'd stay in the superior rooms. "
