The room was not clean, there was no curtain, the shower broke after every use & the basic amenities in the room were lacking. I wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel Saisera
The staff were amazingly welcoming and pleasant! The dinner and breakfast could compete with the best hotels in the largest cities. The scenery is other worldly. Peace permeates the whole place. You can't choose a better hotel in the area.

Room was beautiful. View of the mountains. Staf.f was friendly and super-helpful. Quiet. Clean. Liked tge light colour scheme. Beautiful bathroom. And it was warm !!
