"Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
If you're looking to test your immunity against mosquito-borne illnesses like Dengue and Malaria, this place might just do the trick. The resort is infested with mosquitoes, making the entire stay uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with kids or elderly members.
The swimming pool is in terrible condition – poorly maintained and filled with insects. Despite multiple requests to the staff for cleaning, no action was taken.
Speaking of staff, the service is far from professional. The team appears disinterested and lacks the hospitality expected at any decent resort. The ambience is mediocre at best, failing to provide the relaxing escape one typically seeks.
To add to the disappointment, most facilities are only functional during weekends, which is incredibly frustrating if you’re visiting on weekdays expecting a full experience.
Overall, a highly underwhelming and unpleasant stay. Not recommended unless serious improvements are made."
"stayed with them twice, however, this time it feels like the property needs some maintenance. Overall, very good stay, enjoyed the food at the rooftop. The new food menu is a good effort. i can stay again if i have too. "
"This property is conveniently located with easy access to Raipur city and airport. If you have stayed in a Hyatt before, you will feel at home. Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Food options are great and tasty. I just wish they could give more privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom."
"There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology. "
