The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. Checkimg in and out was a breeze. Stayed on 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we had to use the stairs.

They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a big king-sized bed and multi -channels available for viewing on the television. One minor issue was the toilet roll holder was in a place where I hit my knee on it a couple times when sitting. Still, everything else was pleasant. Easy access to Highway 70. No breakfast but McDonald's and Starbucks each about 100 meters away.

Besides some areas that need improvement in terms of communication with guests overall good place. The owner/management (the guy on the phone line who front desk girl was calling for instructions) is absolutely rudest and inconsiderate bafoon.

Tim, we appreciate that you found that we are an overall good place. The person who actually stayed with us under this reservation did enjoy her stay with us and actually booked another night with us after the conclusion of this reservation you booked for her. There was no communications shortfalls on either the part of the hotel or the actual guest staying in the follow-on reservation. We regret that you consider our manager who attempted to communicate clearer what the front desk staff person had attempted prior to her reaching out to a manager for assistance. We will of course share your thoughts withe the manager and hopefully he gets your message of you not being at all pleased with the interaction. All was resolved we are glad that the guest who actually stayed at the hotel returned for a follow-on stay with us and look forward to her return in the future.

Basic small motel, very convenient to the interstate. Property is new and very clean. The interior acoustics are not great and very echoey. You can hear voices and ‘activity’ in the rooms around you, far too clearly. Would not recommend for light sleepers.

This is a basic hotel for someone who wants a clean comfortable room. It has a small kitchen area. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot sink. We had two double beds along with a table an chair. Nice size bathroom. Multiple fast food restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel had no curtains and the blinds barely blocked out the light. Beds were rock hard. The blankets and pillows were nice and the facility was very clean. Horrible night of sleep which is the whole purpose of a hotel

I would say our stay was ok for the first (and only) time. We did like that the floor in the room and hallways were hard floors. Beds were comfortable enough. Room was pretty clean. But, there is no ice bucket or ice machine, you only get one room key, the WiFi is free but doesn’t work all the time. There are only two floors, but there is no elevator so you have to make multiple trips to get your stuff to the room when there is more than one person staying in the room. One of the nights we were there, someone was smoking marijuana and the entire hallway, stairwells and even our room smelled of marijuana. Someone’s TV was turned up so loud it kept us up half the night. There were no curtains on the window, only blinds, so there is no way to darken the room if you want to sleep in. Walls are pretty thin. Overall, it was ok but we probably won’t stay here again.

Please inform the desk of any desire to be on the 1st floor especially in your situation in which you’re making multiple trips with your luggage and gear. We are a fully non-smoking facility and regret the inconsideration you experienced.

The property is nice and new. The front desk attendant was very friendly. There is a three-bed option that isn’t fully advertised, but we were able to upgrade upon arrival. The TV messed up a few times, but other than that, it was a nice stay for the price.

Amazing hotel! Brand new. Whole place smells amazing. No cigarette or marijuana smell! Front desk staff are very nice! Location is almost perfect! Highly recommend. I hope this location doesn’t get ruined! Rooms are basic but very clean. Bed is extremely comfortable and there are 10 pillows in the room!! The cute touches like the flowers on the toilet paper and tissues are so sweet!
