"Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience."

"Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases.
