"Online info to contact hotel direct - very poor. On arrival, grateful to considerate receptionist for moving two senior guests to a room not requiring stairs. A microwave and bottle of cold water in the room would be helpful especially when arriving after dining room closed. "

"Had a choice to stay here while visiting Whangarei. The room was tidy, and the bed was super comfy. As a solo traveller, I found the location very handy and felt totally safe.
