"The room was in deplorable conditions. It was rated 7.6 and 4 stars on the Expedia website. While it had close proximity to the Taj Mahal this was far from a 4 star or 7.6 rating. The room, bathroom and hotel in general was 2 star or 4.0 rating at best. We decided to walk away from this hotel and eat the cost of what we paid and rebook at another hotel. The other hotel was truly 5 star for the same price in the same area. BEWARE!"

"The room was not at all clean, the bathroom was even worse. There was a lot of construction going on in other rooms for us not to sleep. We also saw a lizard on our towels when coming back into the room. "

"Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage.
