"The carpet had not been shampooed in a long time. The tile had not been mopped. When I took off my shoes and socks, walking on the floor had my soles of my feet black. Otherwise, everything else was good. The breakfast was excellent and the food staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean and tidy but had a strange bad smell. No freshness smell at all. The room was also very humid. When I arrived the temp was at 70 with the AC on, which was fine. This is the worst stay at a Hilton property for me. To be fair, other stays at Hilton properties have been good."

"Property was dirty, and poorly maintained, upon checking in the floors were dirty with ironic wet floor signs placed around without the hotel looking mopped in some time. Despite checking reserving a room through Expedia, I was asked to pay what seemed a discriminatory "safety deposit" separate from my booking of either $50 credit or $100 cash for "damages"...I opted for debit and a week later I have not been refunded as . Upon entering my room a similar standard of upkeep was evident. The carpet along the wall had dust and grime build up, the bathroom door had a hole in it, the bathroom fan switch was non functional, and my small towels had stains that were questionable, and the smoke detector had some sort of paper shoved into it. Furniture had not been wiped down either. The Bed WAS clean after a thorough check, because I certainly was skeptical all other things considered. Needless to say it's a lie to even have the branding of a "Quality" inn if you have to stay in Vincennes for any reason I would consider looking elsewhere"

"Booked room for 2 adults and 2 beds. Only one bed in room for myself and my adult son. Clerk stated this is what was reserved and no 2 bed rooms available."

"Pool was out of order and looked to have been for awhile. Hotel was old and not very well maintained. The smell of cooking was very strong and specifically, curry, which I love but not while I'm sleeping. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't open completely. AC thermostat was messed up. Some of the lights didn't work.No bugs. Beds comfortable and clean.No elevator and stairs were dirty. Breakfast didn't start until 9 am and not much to choose from anyway.Paid for amenities that were out of order or we didn't feel comfortable eating."

"This hotel was atrocious. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. A sign said to call # to get help. That # had a mailbox full with no answer. I searched the hallway and found a cleaner vacuuming. She said she would find the clerk. The clerk arrived about 10 minutes later covered in sweat and carrying dirty laundry. He said my reservation was not in their system, but assigned me a room. We parked and carried our luggage up to the room. The clerk was near our room and opened the door. The bed was not made and the desk clerk brought in sheets and started making the bed . The pillows look like they had been left out in the rain and were disgusting. We turned on the TV and the only channel that would come in was a porn channel. Unacceptable! The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I turned to my husband and said we are not staying here! We gathered our stuff through our keys on the desk as we left and found another hotel. Oh, also, the desk clerk told us he had been previously incarcerated and had not been out of prison for very long. This was not a comfortable situation."
