"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was updated and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Hampton options, plus a few items to appeal culturally for the Toyota guests. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness."
"Parking lot was mostly empty.
Lobby was bare.
Key didn't work. Went to get fixed and was told it probably wouldn't work so he'd be up to see if there is another room available. Found a door off the hinge and lock broken apart. there was sheetrock dust and paint throughout the hallway. In the room cleaniless was questionable. Went to swim to find no water in the pool. So went next door to a different hotel to swim and that pool had just been filled and the ladders were falling apart. The rooms smelt strongly. The TV was not easy to work. Initially seemed I could only cast from my phone. Breakfast was minimal. Attendant was in socks filling cereal. Saying the hotel is changing names.
Definitely a questionable stay. I know things can be hard for small businesses but this whole experience was uncomfortable. "
"We had my daughter’s shitzu pup that I was babysitting for an hour ! Staff seen her and went crazy! We even volunteered to pay a fee for the hour we were keeping her! Owner was so rude we just left and didn’t even stay the night!!!"
"Our home burnt down two weeks ago, which led to us needing a hotel. The night of the fire we chose Town Place based on reputationThey were so thoughtful there! Then my husband forgot to "
