Aceitável.

Localização boa e hotel confortável, ótimo café da manhã apenas uma observação sobre deixardm apenas 1 toalha de rosto para 2 pessoas e também não oferecer touca de banho, um hotel que se classifica como o melhor de Patos de Minas é uma vergonha... Até os mais simples oferecem toalhas de sobra e toucas para banho!

Hotel honesto, muito limpo e silencioso, cafe da manhã bastante bom mas nada de excepcional. Achei a cama muito mole e desconfortável e os funcionários do hotel eficientes porém longe de serem simpáticos. Localização excelente. Estadia ok no geral para poucas noites.

O ar condicionado tinha de ficar na menor temperatura e a ventilação na mais alta, o que causa bastante barulho. A pia vazava na parte de baixo, no quarto tem água na geladeira, mas nao tem copos e a água fica quente, pois a mesma fica desligada, liga quando estamos no quarto e desliga quando tiramos o cartão, ao sair do quarto.

Confortável e agradável.

O hotel é lindo, recepção estilosa e bem decorada. O quarto (standard king) foi bem espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã incluso tem ótima variedade e qualidade. O atendimento em geral é bom, senti falta só de um acolhimento maior na hora do check-in, não foi nos passado informações como horário e local do café, serviços do hotel, etc. No quarto, senti falta de uma TV mais moderna e com mais opções de conteúdo, e de itens de frigobar, que não foram disponibilizados nem no quarto nem no hotel. O hotel não tem academia, piscina, ou bar. Há um restaurante, porém não consumi.

Ficou a desejar

Já me hospedei várias vezes! Nas últimas tenho achado que o hotel precisa melhorar! É a segunda vez que preciso descer pra pedir toalha. Éa segunda vez que escolho quarto com 2 camas e me dão com 1 cama, e preciso pedir pra mudar. Pequenas coisas, mas que não deveriam se repetir. E dessa vez ocorreu algo além, muito chato. Eu deixei meu carregador de iPhone no quarto, inclusive na tomada. Quando cheguei em casa, pedi pro meu sobrinho ligar perguntando sobre ele e disseram que nada foi achado, ou seja, EU SEU QUE DEIXEI LÁ, então óbvio que alguém pegou. Não vai me fazer falta, tenho outros, mas fica aquela sensação de desconfiança eterna!

Fiquei muito feliz em saber que o hotel disponíbikiza está aí de carga para veículos elétricos . Fiquei triste somente com o atendimento pois chegamos no hotel domingo à tarde, e só havia um atendente para no recepcionar e pra atender nos serviços de quartos . A coitada sozinha fazendo tudo . O hotel deveria ver essa situação de fixar somente 1 funcionário. E não tinha serviço de quarto pois o restaurante estava fechado . Só abriu na segunda .

Qualidade tem caído e preço está alto

Sempre me hospedo no Fratelle devido a alta qualidade dos quartos e seu conforto mas essa ultima hospedagem deixou a desejar. O ar condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar durante a noite e a qualidade do café da manhã também está baixa pelo preço que se cobra, com pouca variedade e alimentos pouco saborosos.

Acomodação muito boa. Recomendaria expandir a cobertura do teto a todos os estacionamentos e o café da manhã poderia ir até 10:30. No box do quarto em que fiquei, o piso apresenta-se desnivelado, não permitindo a saída de água completa para o ralo. Alaga.
