I rented 2 rooms, and was placed on the 5th floor. The air conditioning in both rooms couldn't keep the rooms cool. Most of the night the room was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

Eu já conheço o hotel, já estive várias vezes e nas outras fui muito bem atendida, mas nessa última o funcionário foi super chato e arrogante, infelizmente. Isso me faz repensar se devo voltar ao lugar. Cheguei de madrugada de viagem e fui recebida de forma grosseira.

Hotel bastante novo, confortável, bom café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos. Entretanto, Wi-Fi praticamente não funcionou e as toalhas de péssima qualidade, que não condiz com a rede e muito menos com o preço da hospedagem

Recomendo para hospedagem em dias úteis

Hotel novo, limpo e bem localizado, mas com despreparo em relação aos processos de check-in e check-out. Efetuei a reserva para a minha namorada e ela teve problemas para entrar e sair do hotel devido a uma falha de comunicação entre a Hoteis e o Nord Easy Patos durante o final de semana. Mesmo fornecendo recibo, email, enfim, todos os documentos que comprovam a reserva, não foram suficientes para o hotel acreditar que a reserva era real. Ora, como pode não haver um canal de comunicação entre o estabelecimento e o site no final de semana? Foi necessário deixar dados de cartão de crédito como medida de segurança. Infelizmente isso causou constrangimento, por isso espero que este feedback sirva para que o hotel procure melhorar nesse aspecto. Apesar de tudo o hotel tem funcionários cordiais.

Hotel bom,quarto bem espaçoso,funcionários atenciosos. Só estacionamento que não tem vagas para todos os clientes,muito pequeno,cabe poucos carros,enfim,tivemos que deixar o carro na rua,no anúncio oferecia estacionamento gratuito sem necessidade de fazer reserva,porém o carro ficou na rua por falta de vagas!
