"My stay at Hyatt Place was overall very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the professional and welcoming security team who greeted us warmly. I would like to give special thanks to Puput at the reception. She was incredibly helpful to me and my friend throughout our stay. Her level of professionalism and service was truly exceptional, making our experience even more memorable. The access fee for pool for my guests who visiting me during my stay was quite expensive. Additionally, the toilet lid in the room was not soft-closing. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it.
