A lot of bang for your buck

Excellent service, very friendly, loved the room and how big it was with the privacy and pool. Staff was very friendly and Excellent and professional. I highly recommend this place. Price is way cheap but this Thailand so there you go. This is well worth it in my opinion

This property was a great place. Nice and quiet. I really enjoyed the impeccable service and how the Cross Application made it easy to request for services. Special thanks to the Bellman who help me with getting to an ATM nearby to withdraw cash. The staff was very helpful and my villa was perfect with great vibes. I would stay here again.

As a platinum member of expedia, they give me free late check out. It is a little bit far from the Pattaya city and main street. But it is really good place to take rest and relax in one place.

Stay 4 nights with my family. Everything was good and our kids enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. Special thanks to Arm and Rainbow from the front desk. They made my stay a truly unforgettable one.

So relaxing and a perfect getaway

Amazing place with own private pool and huge amount of space. Well appointed and super comfortable. About 15 minutes from the beach. A little far out from Pattaya .. so a 30 min drive. Mini bar quite expensive. Breakfast in the resto was ok, nothing special but ok. Very quiet, relaxed and chilled place. Private pool was amazing. Would come back but for us, think staying more than 3- 4 days on the site may become dull. Loved it though!

Second HOME in Thailand <3

I came here many times and feels like its my second home away from home already. Not everything is perfect, but what in the world is. And we are in Thailand! :) But for me a hotel/resort come and goes with the staff and at X2 high qualified ppl are working and making everything possible so you get best time ever. It’s far from Pattaya City, if that’s where you are planning to spend a lot of time. There is a mosquito and ant problem in the suites. Someone charged their meal to my room. I had to dispute with the front desk, the person tried to forge my signature but spelled my name wrong smh.

The villa that I stayed in needed new flooring and a fresh coat of paint. You can see where many areas of the walls were patched up. The upstairs flooring and stairway need to be addressed, the flooring was lifting and many many scratches were also there. The sofas/couches were stained to the point I had to place a towel over them whenever in use. The villa was nothing like what's pictured on the Internet and I was a bit disappointed. The property needs a makeover.

Nice hotel great design very comfort room

Room and services is good. Design and decoration is great. Villa is less privacy due to bush fence does not block people walking outside to see inside. Some part are under construction.
