"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "Very well located if you use the ferry to the eolian islands. Walking distance. Restaurants all over. Parking available but you have to pay by the hour, but free from 20:30 to 08:30. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very kind. Breakfast was delicious and the ambiance, outstanding. The hot tub, a real +."

"Everything about Picciolo was perfect. The property is stunning, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was incredible. Pools were great, golf course was fun. So quiet and relaxing, not too far from Taormina or Catania. If you don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Taormina then would highly recommend Picciolo. Spa area was also amazing, we loved every minute of our time here and can’t wait to come back!"

"The views from the hotel are incredible. The private pool is definitely the best feature of the hotel. WiFi isn't great however, almost inexistant at times. Water pressure in the shower was a hit and miss too. Breakfast was good and the one site parking is a huge advantage. I highly recommend the hotel"
