"The pool area was closed, was not aware of that when I booked. The front desk staff was not very helpful and didn’t even let us know what time breakfast was. Ad on hotels.com listed a buffet breakfast that is not normal, but it was the same as almost every hotel I’ve stayed in. "

"Thought the property was described as having connecting rooms, but our rooms were not connected despite our request at booking. The two desk people had disappeared when I came back down after checking in. Property is showing some age; worn magnetic keycards with sharpie-drawn arrows, tub spouts popping out of the shower wall, elevator door sounds like it has emphysema, etc. Can't really blame the hotel, but I'm annoyed enough to write a bad review because of just how awful a horde of guests on our floor were. Children of a variety of ages running the halls and slamming doors at 11pm, with the adults not just leaving the kids to do as they please, but even telling them not to listen when other hotel guests told them to quiet down. To be fair, someone from the hotel did come up and tell them to knock it off—she had to say "I work here" when the kids asked why they should listen to her! Hotel 6 or 7 out of 10, one set of guests 1/10, bad luck/timing but we'll just try somewhere else next time."
