"10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. "We stayed in August and it was hot, we had a room with air condition. It was very noisy but at least cooled the room. Continental breakfast comes with fruits, bread, butter, jam and a drink, all the rest is extra. The hotel was more isolated and not in any town center. We had a private tour of the towns around the lake and it was very convenient for the boat to dock at the hotel private dock and pick us up and drop us off there."

"I had a very good stay at UXlabil. The property is impressive and the view is extraordinary. The staff was especially helpful—they found me a fan to make the room more comfortable in the heat and offered extra pillows. Everyone did what they could to make my stay enjoyable. The on-site restaurant is very convenient, and the food was filling. I didn’t take advantage of the included breakfast because I had a very early morning and was out the door by 5:00 AM. The only real drawback is the location. It isn’t especially convenient to other restaurants or small stores if you want snacks, drinks, or other supplies. I simply stocked up on my way back from El Mirador, which worked well. Overall, a beautiful property with an exceptional view and a very helpful staff. I would stay here again."

"We loved our 4 day stay at Kula Maya. Super friendly staff, clean hotel and room, tranquil location providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants.
