Talented and friendly staff. Room service and restaurant a plus. $70 a day parking fee is shocking as that is more than a rental car normally costs per day.

Courteous staff, beautifully appointed lobby, rooms and restaurant, conveniently located 1 block off Ocean street and beach access.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Being greeted with a special drink sample was delightful. Clean and quiet, spectacular location.

First, when we checked in I asked if there was a shuttle to Universal Studios and I was told no. My friend also asked and was told no. When my daughter showed up, she told there were shuttles every 20 min. Second, I am handicap. When I purchased the rooms, I didn't know you could request walk in showers. The receptionist gave the walk-in shower to my daughter and not me. I had to climb in and out of the bathtub. She arrived much later to know she had the shower and we already settled in. It would have made it easier for me. Third, on our last day we realized the sheets on our bed had holes in them. Overall, I was disappointed. Especially it was Hilton. i held them to a higher level.
