"Need to get rid of all the carpet like most hotels"

"Stayed for 3 nights housekeeping didn’t come once to empty garbages or give clean towels. Went to front desk to ask for some clean towels and they were all out of any towels. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. Lady at front desk was super nice! "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff are apathetic & unbothered about any issues you bring to their attention. The hotel is filthy & I absolutely mean from the ceiling to floors. The smell alone will bring tears to your eyes & slow drip to your nostrils. The ceiling was copper- Let me be clear it was pure rust! In my room there were rips/holes in bedding & furniture! The lock was missing from my bathroom door & the toilet seat was hanging by a one hinge. The dresser was broken & there were scratches at the bottom of the door! I actually noticed scratches on everybody door which is weird. I requested to move to a different room & I was met with the same issues as the first. Their breakfast consisted of hand bagged bagels thown into a dirty rusty bin. Juice machine was out of order. All of the walls are consistent with what you’d imagine a keyed car to look like. The elevator is giving all it’s got to get you to your floor & feels like it will collapse at any moment. I noticed it hasn’t been inspected since 2023. Maybe that has something to do with it? The less fortunate & a mix of crackheads walk the halls at night. So, If you do book here then double lock your door! "

"Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event. Upon returning to the room later that night, the cart had been removed, and our items placed on the floor. This happened without ANY notification by phone or text that the room had been entered. Speaking with the GM during checkout the next morning, she informed me that staff have the right to enter a room during an emergency or if a guest has overstayed. Well, neither of these reasons applied, and therefore, the room should not have been entered without some form of communication. The GM also stated that they watched the camera and saw who had the cart last, and made the determination to enter the room because the desk needed to help another guest with their luggage. She stated that she's understaffed and that there was only one staff person on duty; therefore, the desk person didn't have time to contact us about entering the room. Even after getting the other guests settled, there was NO communication. This was invasive, and our items could've been damaged. All of this was unacceptable!"

"Overall a good stay, but very disappointed that the “free breakfast” was unavailable this morning. That was definitely on our lists of must-haves for this trip."

"Very weak wifi, very noisy as it’s close to highway, lousy pillows and very old building. "

"Stay somewhere else! Bugs, mold and holes everywhere and smoke. It’s awful!!! "

"The front desk girl was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the rest of the stay was disappointing. The room did not feel clean, there was a strong smoke smell, and overall it seemed dirty. The pictures online looked nothing like the actual property, which was very misleading. There also appeared to be some shady housing along the back side of the hotel, and I did not feel safe during my stay. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel."
