"Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day."

We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. "

"I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant. "

"Lake Spirit was a fabulous and elegant hotel located just outside the business of the lake front but easily walkable. Staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. Parking was easy and breakfast was fabulous "
