"Everything was excellent except for the fact that your website states the pet fee is $25 and when we got there, the pet fee was $100 per night, but the graciousness of the manager honored the price that was on your website so we were only charged $25 plus tax for the pet fee. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was chilly for me so I didn’t use it but I think other people would’ve adapted just fine. The lady who took care of the breakfast was a ray of sunshine, cheerful, kind, and kept everything well stocked the front desk. Staff was great as well overall a very nice hotel to stay at conveniently located right off of the freeway with several restaurants nearby as well as gas stations."

"I like that the website offered...lots of amenities and things to do...but when we got there EVERYTHING was terrible...toilet overflowed..clogged up didn't flush...the air conditioner went down..NO AIR...we ordered a screened in porch..didn't get one even there were ones right across the pool..which is what i thought i ordered instead stuck us in back with a nice expensive golf cart rental we needed to purchase to get around...especially to the toiletsfor our family of 7!!!...7...anyways the store was close...no game...even the t.v didn't work...there is more and i think im entitled a full refund "
