"Walls are like paper, can hear conversations in next room keeping you up at night, disruptive to peaceful stay. Sleep deprived from stay there. Loud past midnight in parking lot and hotel with music and barking dogs and smokers everywhere on property. Had to call and complain about noise after midnight. Doors slam constantly, no buffer. Bed & pillows & sheets horrible! Have to check everything you need out including blow dryer..not convenient. No amenities except horrible coffee in entry. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Would not recommend, would not stay there again."

"Minor issues. Address is on 7th St while the entrance is on 8th street. The nav system had me arriving on 7th. That was a minor confusion. The property looked like 7th used to be their main entrance at one time."

"This was a good value for the price but not everything was in working order, which pulled down their rating. The fitness center has barbells and two machines but one of those was broken. There was only one ice machine on the property and it did not dispense any ice. We were very surprised to see that there's no elevator. Normally one flight of stairs is not a problem, but we had one person with bad bursitis and one recovering from total knee replacement surgery. A notice on the website would have helped. Also, the back door of the property did not close securely. "

"Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise."
