"In my 47 years this is by far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s beyond dirty and imo health hazard. There was no working elevator, the hallways smells awful and is as dirty as the rooms. There was blood on a pillow in our room and it was not washed. If you read one review I hope it’s this one. Stay far away!!! "

"All aspects of our stay were effortless. The location makes it easy to get around in Providence. The onsite restaurant is good and the staff were all lovely. My daughter lived the indoor pool. Overall, it’s a great location. "

"Parking was fine check in declined my cards was no problems with my cards after entering the room the bed was not made wet towels on the floor..after talking to front desk I was moved to another room it was clean but the bed was upside down I had to flip the mattress because it was literally sleeping on a box spring for the first night "
