"The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have their own parking lot. Security monitors the resort and parking creating a safe environment. There are resort kitties which was a nice surprise. They had live music every night and a great view from the swim up bar at the pool. I would highly recommend Bougainvillea."

"This is a new hotel I was told, however the reception experience when I arrived at 12noon was not great...check in was at 3pm and there was no one at the front desk, so my bags remained in the open area behind the desk for the 3 hours. There were two small crawling insects in my room, one on the comforter, the other in the closet, fortunately I caught them before either got into my bag... I had booked this hotel because it said on the beach....it is not, it is across the road (watch out for the cars) and a 5min walk down to the beach.... I am not sure if the beach chairs and umbrellas were for this hotel, so I used a rock to lay my items. The buffet for Breakfast and lunch was good, more than ample and the bartenders were very attentive. A 15 min commute to the airport - around $25 USD, which was good for my short stay. Overall, a pretty average stay, not sure I would choose it again, when I book on the beach, I want to be able to walk from my room down to the beach without a main road in between."

"“My recent stay at The House was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a variety of different options offered each night. One of the highlights was the complimentary water taxi service, which allowed us to visit and explore other properties. The beach was very enjoyable. The only downside was that there were quite a few rocks in some areas, but don’t let that stop you from having a great time. For those looking for a different beach experience, a short taxi ride to Boatyard Beach Club is well worth it. For about $40 USD, you get access to a beautiful beach along with snorkeling and other amenities. Overall, The House provided an outstanding vacation experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.”"

"The room was not very clean, the furniture had stains all over, the white comforter was off white. All the furniture was sticky in the room which made our skin very itchy. They start the introduction to the property trying to sell you a time share promotion, the resort is huge but hard to find things"

"Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude.. The bed was like a rock and pillows horrible they needed to upgraded and get new mattress and pillows.. The food at the resort was super expensive ridiculous as was the coffee and the Village Cafe… It was worse than being in Paris or Monaco… We won’t be back too expensive of an island.."
