"The wood floor in the room was absolutely filthy.Walked across the floor in bare feet,and by the time I got from the shower to the bed the soles of my feet were black with dirt. They obviously vacuum, but they definitely don’t mop the floor. Furniture is really worn out with all three chairs being incredibly uncomfortable.I had to go to the lobby to read(very nice lobby). I’ve stayed in a few other Paradors,and really enjoyed them.Unfortunately this one is not up to those standards. While I was there I looked at a few other hotels close to the Cathedral.They were much nicer and less than half the price."

"The stay was fine. Apartment was fine for our group. Nothing luxurious at all but just fine. We primarily only used the space for sleeping. Were NOT aware that the entire premises needed to be completely quiet from 10-8 am daily. There was nothing written anywhere in the posting. Nothing mentioned until we arrived and were told to whisper in the hallways at 6pm! Additionally we were playing cards one evening quietly in the dining room and a neighbor banged on our door and rudely demanded we keep our voices down stating that we were interrupting the entire building due to ‘noise’. Again, we were quietly playing a friendly card game. Walls are extremely thin. Beware!!! Do not stay if you have kids or plan to watch tv as the walls are super thin and tenants will complain!! "

"We loved it! We had two cabins right next to each other, it's a beautiful location and staff/owners where great to work with. I think most people stay for a night or two, we where there for four. Property grounds are beautiful in a remote country setting. There isn't much close so make sure you grab what you need before venture to location. We loved the listening to the birds, catching a sunrise and soaking in the sunset while sitting in the vineyard. It should be noted a couple of the day we were in the approach pattern of the Santiago airport, nothing to deter a stay. It's a perfect place to enjoy and let Nature Heal the Soul - away from the hussle and havoc of the city. "
