"The room telephone was inoperative for 2 days before staff examined it, and replaced it. The room coffee was the best ever, strong, fresh, abundant amounts of tea-a positive!"

"The process was easy to get an available room for a reasonable price, when at the last minute our flight was cancelled. It was late at night when we checked in, and the staff was quick and efficient getting us set up. The room was clean and somewhat updated, except for the tub. I would caution you that we did order drinks from the bar, it was expensive for what we got, more than the going price for 2 drinks I thought. The shuttle back and forth from the airport was in part why we chose this hotel, they were quick and helpful and on time. I'd highly recommend."

"Overall an ok experience. This was our second time staying here. Our first experience was 3 years ago and was terrible but decided to give it another try. It was definitely better thanks to the breakfast staff!!! Each staff member was helpful, nice, and professional. It’s not the cleanest property to stay at and a bit run down, but the price justifies it."

"Our overnight stay was fine. The room was clean, however there are no knockout shades on the window which causes unwanted light to come through. Also a train track is nearby, which contributes to some noise. Additionally, they are undergoing repairs to one of the elevators so there were extended wait times. Because we only required the one night visit, it was annoying but not unbearable. The positive feedback is the staff members are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the dining rooms were clean. "
