"The staff provided an exceptional service experience that perfectly balanced professionalism with a welcoming demeanor. They were highly attentive and efficient, ensuring that every guest interaction felt both competent and genuinely warm. Room Quality The accommodation itself was of high standard, offering a pristine environment for relaxation: Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean, with every surface sanitized to meet high hygiene standards. Amenities: The spaces were well-stocked with essential supplies and toiletries, ensuring guests had everything they needed without searching. Areas for Improvement While the overall stay was positive, there was one notable inconvenience regarding housekeeping inventory: Towel Availability: The initial supply of towels provided in the room was insufficient for the length of the stay. Resolution: Additional towels were available upon request, but the process of having to ask for them rather than them being proactively replenished detracted slightly from the otherwise seamless experience."

"Me and my wife had a wonderful stay here to celebrate our anniversary. Every room has a beautiful view of the St. Clair River. You can tell the Staff take great pride in their jobs, everyone was very helpful and the rooms seemed to be newly renovated and well cared for. Eating Dinner at the River Crab Restaurant was also a very special experience with an excellent selection of food and wine. We also got a great deal on our room offseason. We Highly recommend this place."

"We have stayed here several times, the location is great, the rooms good sized with lots of amenities. Checkin took over 30 minutes because there was only 1 agent on duty and she was discussing a potential rental on the phone with a customer who was trying to get a discount. Friday they had a group of 15-20 people that took over the lobby and later moved outside on the patio. The were partying and loud and our room was 3 floors up but you could hear them as if they were in our room. I called the front desk and was told "they would look into it" I don't know what they had to look into you could see and hear them from the front desk. Sometime after midnight I guess the ran out of booze because they cleared out of the patio. Sadly, one of the rooms was across the hall from ours and the ruckus continued until about 1am"

"Initial check-in was slow. No one was at the counter and had to wait 20 min. Before anyone answered to give me my keys even though I had checked in on line. Room was clean and pleasant. Although it was not serviced during my stay."
