"Good and peaceful base for exploring central Catania. No traffic noise as hotel is on a small cul-de-sac. Rooms are large and bathroom in 321 had a full bath. Staff were helpful and friendly. Aircon in our room was not working . Toilet seat had come loose . Bed was large and firm. Overall a decent space . TV was LG and fairly modern. Only had Italian channels."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers. We booked both a boat tour and a trip to see the Godfather filming locations, and both experiences were unforgettable. The hotel’s location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near the cable car, making it easy to head up to Taormina and explore the city center. Overall, an exceptional stay that we would highly recommend!"

"Stunning property !"

"The staff is very nice. Our room smelled funny. It was pretty hot in the room one of the days. We thought maybe it was because it was hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on, but they have the air-conditioning shut off. The only option was heat. They told us to open the window. We were right by the street so that really wasn’t great but it was the only option. We realized the problem is actually that the bathroom smelled funky. If we kept the bathroom door closed all the time the room did not smell bad but the bathroom smelled even worse. It must come from the drains because we noticed that the cleaning staff always closed the bathtub and sink drains. The location was okay. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center. There was no restaurant for dinner so had to leave the hotel. Unfortunately it was rainy and cold so that was kind of miserable. There are no amenities except a pool. "

"The hotel is very good, very clean. Fantastic view from the breakfast room on the fourth floor. The service is very polite. I appreciate the freshly squeezed orange juice. One thing that surprised me was that when checking out, I was told that I had used the mini bar, which was not true."
